Cant Update

I do enjoy the game, when it allows me to play it. The new update forces you to update to the new version to play an existing character (or "hero" as they call it) which is fine, if you can update the game. Ive been trying to update it for 4 days now and it wont let me. I deleted other apps on my phone to add more "storage", restarted my phone and even deleted the game to redownload it but it still wont update. So now I cant play at all on my phone. Thankfully my tablet hasnt ask for the update yet so I can play there but that a pain since it always crashes. They asked me to submit a survey a few days ago where I shared this but nothing has changed and no one has gotten back to me. Unfortunately I spent money on an in-game feature and am now missing out on what I paid for. Im not asking for much, just to play what I paid for, but they cant even give me that. At this point I wouldnt recommend this game to anyone. Dont waste your time, or money, on this game.
